Another successful event with the Olanta Rural Fire Department, Harvest Hope, and Syntelll Thompson Marketing group. Our outreach team helped serve 100 people by providing school supplies, food boxes, and diapers for some. We cannot forget the hot dogs the fire department cooked. Thank you to our partners that serve with us!
It’s time to start thinking about the new school year. Despite the heat, our Outreach Team loves these events and the amazing collaboration within the communities. We enjoy building bridges and helping children fulfill their potential.
This has become one of our favorite annual events. On June 13th at the Florence Baptist Temple we, and many community members, helped host a Community Baby Shower providing free supplies to new moms. This is a small gesture, but we were glad to be part of this special event, along with Harvest Hope and Darlington County Sheriff’s Department.
It’s that time of year! With the help of many community members, this event was fun and made this event educational. The 5th Annual Youth Summer Camp at Emmanuel Baptist Church was a success. We were there with the Darlington Sheriff’s Department and The American Heart Association to teach these fantastic children about the fundamentals of CPR. We hope everyone has a great summer break.
These Colleton County 8th graders did a fantastic job, and our Outreach Team had a super time assisting the American Heart Association with this interactive CPR training.
